Zindora equips young people with the leadership, policy, communication and civic skills to participate meaningfully in decisions shaping climate resilience and the future of their communities.
The problem
Climate decisions are leadership decisions.
Climate change is usually described as a scientific problem. In practice, most of what determines whether a community copes or suffers is decided by people: where a road is built, how water is shared, which crops are supported, what a budget prioritises, who is in the room when it is agreed.
Those are leadership decisions. They are made by institutions, public authorities and community structures, and they are made continuously, whether or not the people who will live with them longest have any say.
Young people inherit those decisions for longer than anyone else in the room, and are least often in it.

Zindora is registered in Kenya and works from Nairobi. We are not going to claim a map of countries we do not yet operate in.
As programmes run and partnerships form, this page will name the actual places, the actual institutions and the actual outcomes, each with a source and a date. Until then the honest answer is the useful one.
